I am 4 days late........with a low reading on my blood test....Can it be a CHEMICAL PREGNACY?

I am 4 days late and my blood test reading was 15.6 i have to go back on monday for another test....The thing is.....can i be pregnant. I was on clomid 100mg from day 2 to 5 with a trigger shot ....i am using donor sperm and i had an iui.....Soooo i am really worried that i may not be and it can be a "CHEMICAL PREGNANCY".....what do you guys think????? Im trying to stay optimistic on things but the thought of not being is bugging me out. Please help...and send your baby dust my wayyyy.....Thanks

A "trigger shot" contains hCG and will give you some hCG levels in your blood without being pregnant. It's a reason for a "false positive" pregnancy test.

Only an hCG above 25 and which is rising means that you are pregnant.

Well, I have had a chemical pregnancy and my hcg was 3.  I have also gotten pregnant with clomid, and IUI with a trigger of ovidrel and my first hcg was 24 and I was pregnant.  I think you should stay optimistic, there is a good chance.  You know that is true about the hcg shot giving you a false pregnancy test, however that is when you test EARLY, and you are 4 days LATE.  It does say a trigger shot can be in your system for 2-3 weeks but does not give bloodlevels on the other responders site.  I think that a trigger shot will not have that high of a reading (15.6) and that you are pregnant.  Baby dust!
