is there anty exercise I can do ? which will make me healthier? I am not into any sports, and I havent been exercise, I just took care of my self by eating well and I think my gene also played a role...

    Just keep doing what you're doing, we should be asking you for advice.

Get a dog and go for walks..and by the sound of it, if people are mistaking you for like 20 years younger you sound like your pretty healthy anyways, but if you ant to be healthier, you can take Omega3 capsels..their really good for the brain, skin, hair and lots of things and you can do light excericse such as walking for 30 or so minutes a day( 30 minutes is the recomemnded daily excercise)
