Before I started my family I suffered from Endometreosis & lost one tube - could it be back again or is this a symptom of early menopause

Yes, this could be the endometriosis coming back.  Another thing that could also be causing this is a hormone imbalance like Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (an example only) or as you mentioned starting in to menopause.

Sometimes being stressed about something (regardless of whether the thing causing the stress is good or bad) can cause spotting to occur as well.

I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they say.
