Choose a country.  

Look in Google to find something you are interested in

For example, India

Type in volunteer work in India or something similar. There will be many choices - I know as I looked around myself this way.

Once you have found something that interests you contact them and find out all the details and what is required.

Check to make sure valid, viable and safe organization.

Be prepared to live differently.

Sometimes it helps to study the language a little before you go..

I have personally visited and met with a wonderful small grassroots group in Kanchipuram, Southern India. They are honest and reliable.

u have a very good heart 4 this involves yr time and money.

we have some projects but am not sure of the procedure in the US.

Contact the USA state department.

Also I would suggest that you contact your local Federal Senator or House of Representative's office and tell them what you are interested in doing.
