Question:

I am 5.2 and size one, 13 years old... how much should i lose?? 10 points**?

okay im 13

i am a tennis player but havnt played for 2 month because of vacation

last school year i was 5.1 and 95 lbs

now im 5.2 i think (i havent mesured but i grew) and like 112-116 lbs

i am size 1 in pants in brands like reef, volcom (im european and not sure about american sizes)

i am a b cup

i have 2 problems - i want to be 95 lbs (or at least 100) again

im scared that when im back 2 school in 2 weeks everyone is gonna be like whoa u gained so much weight and boys used to rly like me and now they wont anymore(((

and also do u think im fat???

  1. Oh, whoa Darlin! You are definitely not fat!  I would love to be your size again! If you really want to lose weight, though, if I were you, I'd only lose about 10 pounds. You sound like you really don't need to lose any, but if that's what you want go for it.  My husband is a physical fitness leader, and he always tells me that if I want to lose weight that I should go to the doctor and determine what my low and max weight should be, then go from there.  I am not sure if you can have a micro fit test done, they do them at gyms sometimes, but if you really want to know how much "fat" you have on you, then you should have one done, then you'll know how much weight you really want to lose, and how much you should actually tone.  Just a few suggestions from someone who lives with a physical trainer!  


  2. i do not think that u are fat. but if u feel bad maybe u should try to run and do sit ups and swim- that may help u get what u want.

  3. same height as u same weight as u one year younger than u idk why ur trying to looses weight....im trying to gain weight...and u should be too.ur too skinny and underweight like me so gain weight before u become anorexic

  4. no, everyone gains over summer. i gained too. im going to 7th grade and im 5 feet. im 105ish, but during school, u'll loose. today at volleyball practice, i lost 2 lbs...but then gained them back...i got hungry.....oops!

  5. Did you know that a significant part of the US is a size 14 or larger? Wearing a size 1, and with your height/weight is normal. Weighing 95 pounds at 5'2" would make you underweight.

  6. No i think your underweight... and thats not a good thing.

    It doesnt matter what other people think. If they really liked you than they wouldnt care how much weight you have gained or anything like that.


  7. i think ur very healthy....get down to 100 no less

    or that wouldnt look good

    with a balanced diet

    and excercise this should help u get down to where u wanna be

    then the rest is up to portions
