  1. You are just within the healthy weight range.

  2. no 170 would be good fo that hight. I'm about that tall and 170 is the max the military would allow so 140 is ok

  3. Try this for your BMI:

    http://www.kelloggs.co.uk/specialk/bmi.a...

if works out against your height and weight whether you are at the right BMI.

If you are over 25 on the scale then you are possibly overweight. However, if you are athletic then don't go by this because muscles are heavy.

  4. uh i dont think so ur fine

  5. no i dont think that is over wieght i think its a healthy weight

  6. You are a healthy weight for your height stop worrying about it.

  7. try  this ideal weight calculator, based on age, gender and height. It

gives  you the per cent of people heavier than you, too. And shows you

how you compare to others: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.ht...

  8. well im 5"10 135 so you might be a little over weight, maybe im just really skinny, idk.

  9. I would help, but i don't have a clue when it comes to weight in lbs lol, but my guess a healthy weight for about 5'3 is around 9 stone i might not be right...but you don't sound overweight to me, but the taller you are the more you weigh because you have bigger bones

    Hope i helped

  10. Yes you are 10 stone and it is overweight for that height...

  11. You BMI is 24.8 Normal weight = 18.5-24.9

So you are technically in the normal category, though you might want to lose some weight, because you are at risk of becoming overweight.

    Hope this helps!

  12. Borderline, but if you are muscular or large framed it might be ideal for you. Get your body fat percentage tested.
