While you're suppose to be posting this question in the "Motorcycle" section under "Cars and Transportation," I think I can help you with this. If you're a beginner and have never ridden a bike before, consider a Ninja 250. It's easy to handle when you're just starting out, and it's a quick little bike and it can hold its own against many larger bikes. I know this from experience. My buddy had a Ninja 250 and I owned a Ninja 600. He never had a problem keeping up wioth the rest of us-who mainly rode 600s and 750 engined bikes. Other than that, I could recommend any sport bike up to 750cc if you have experience already. However, any 600 sport bike would be my recommendation for you. A Honda CBR600, Kawasaki ZX6, Suzuki GSXR600 or a Yamaha R6 would make a great bike. Try them all out and see which one you like the best. You really can't do much better in a 600 class sport bike than these four. They're the perfect balance for any rider- novice or expert.
