You sound fine to me.  Eat a healthy diet, cut out junk food, get exercise everyday, drink plenty of water, and you will be fine.  I don't know how your question got posted in Boats and Boating  though.  Best of luck.

Are you a boat?   Perhaps this should be placed elsewhere, as I'm sure you are not an inanimate marine-type vehicle.

So what does you measurements have to do with boating? If you are going boating wear a life jacket and tie your self to the boat so you dont fall over board! PS..Carry a knife so you can cut yourself free in case the boat tips over!!Have fun no matter what you DO!!
