I never had an issue with my weight (or lack thereof), until recently. i was ill for a month and lost 10lbs (i used to be 122). now everyone, including ppl i barely know are making rude comments all the time. i have been told i look like a concentration camp survivor, a crack addict, or just unattractive. what can i say to these ppl that thk saying hurtful thgs about my weight is ok? btw, some of them are family. i have asked them repeatedly to stop, to no avail.

  1. hit the fried food supersize that meal.

  2. Same problem for years. You will gain weight, this is inevitable, as you age, or have a baby, or just experiencing life changes.

These people are evil.  You could say, "Tell me something I do not all ready know", even though you don't agree with them.  Just to make them feel stupid and stop emphasizing on your weight.  Tell them to get a life.  All they can do is focus on your weight??

Stand firm and tell them to keep their comments to themselves.  The comments are hurtfull and not necessary.  I guess their mother's did not tell them, "If you cannot say something nice, don't say anything at all."

  3. I have all ways been fat (overweight ) my whole life and have had to deal with the same thing , just on the other side of the "scale" Tell them that the reason that you are "thin" is because when people put you down about it , it makes you not eat even more - in other words it is because of their comments that you are thin and they should keep their mouths shut and mind their own selves.
