Go along to a dealership and sit on a few bikes to see what feels comfortable.  Ask a reputable dealer about what is the best bike for a person your height as I am sure they can help you decide and you do not necessarily have to purchase from them.  Then once you know what bike you want you can shop around or get the bike you have in mind. I do however think you are going to look tall on a bike no matter which one you get, but at least you won't have to worry whether you can touch the ground like shorter people have to.

Yes, if the car is small like an accord, or civic, you will look big. Im about 6'1 and i looked huge in my 96 accord. But, the accord is bigger than the civic, so if you had to choose one, go with the accord

Yes by far unless you have it extended but that would still look kinda silly.

Theres no such thing as looking too big unless your on a kids bike mate. I'm 6f6in and my mates reckon I look awesome on my kwaka zl 1000. Who cares man! your a big bloke, Be proud!
