I am 6 feet tall and 300 pounds what is the best postion i can play in rugby for my body type?

i have a musculer body type i look 220-250 but i am 300 pounds

  7. It depends on your build and your ability to move, but it seems the front row is the best suited for you. Try prop or hooker.

  8. I believe that with your weight (No offence intended, i apologise if i ave) you should play in the front row, Hooker, or the two Props. Just before you stop to say why, i think this because of your weight it could be used as a huge driving force and, if you tone up your thigh muscles, you could have a strong pack with you at the forefront. If you are fast and are good at making breakaway's maybe winger in the backrow perhaps....
