You are a tall guy, with your size get the largest frame you can find on a bmx.

Different brands could have different frame sizes, so shop around and believe the measurement tape for some brands might label as an XL frame what in other brands is a L frame.

Have a go on a few bikes, just ask a friend to use theirs etc. thers no set size for a BMX, i no some guys who are about 5'5 and risde bigger bikes than my friend who is 6'4 its all about personal preference. And what you want to do with it, jumping bikes tend to be longer etc.
