I am 6 weeks pregnant and my b*****s hard like rocks and swollen?

I am 6 weeks pregnant and the first pregnancy symptom i had was sore swollen b*****s but it was tolerable.Now they are absolutely killing me, they have swollen and doubled in size and they are rock hard and they even hurt when i walk.Why is this?

Thats caused by the hormones. Mine were unbearable during the early weeks, I couldn't be touched hated moving and sometimes even cried myself to sleep they were so sore. Unfortunately there isn't a great deal you can do about it (although you could double check that with your dr) but as the weeks go on the pain does get more bearable, I'm 33weeks now and barely notice them. Make sure you are wearing a good, comfortable, supportive and most importantly well fitting bra. It can be a pain in the butt as you grow so quick you might spend a small fortune on good bras but it is well worth it.

It's just hormones.  It will ease in time.  Your b*****s will also swell even more and squirt milk after you have the baby.  

I read just to leave them alone and not play with them too much especially near the end of pregnancy because nipple stimulation can cause contractions. It's unlikely and all but just avoid over stimulating them.  Wear a looser fitting bra.  Pregnancy is uncomfortable.  You just have to deal with it as best you can with comfy clothes, lots of rest and pillows around you when you sleep.
