I feel slight pain only when I press otherwise its presence is unknown.

No jokes please.

I want a standard rational medical explanation.

Of course I will be consulting an oncologist shortly.

Any experience of any one with Ayurvedic medicine is welcome

I am 60 and have a similar problem only my lump is on the left side.  No pain.  I have Dr. appointment Friday to have it checked out.

It might be Testicular Cancer. The oncologist your going to will probably have a better diagnosis

It could probably be a number of things. I don't really think there is anyone capable of helping you here, but, it is essential that you see your doctor immediately, it might not be a problem, but you never know.
