I run/walk for 1-1/2 hour 5-6 days a week. I do strength training for 2 days a week for 30-45 min. I've been doing this for 4 weeks now, and haven't lost a pound. I write down what I eat, and I'm averaging between 1800-2000 calories a day. I still have 15 pounds to go to reach my pre-pregnancy weight. I'm very frustrated with my progress and the way I still look. Any suggestions?
