I am ALWAYS cold!?

I am always cold. No matter what the temp. is outside. It was like 75 degrees the other day. My whole family was saying how hot it was and i was cold! I'm sick of being cold!!! I wear layers but that dosnt help! And I am very active. I take dance class 4 days a week. And I run on my own time. But why am i ALWAYS so cold?????

I had the same situation like you in the past for many years. But last year I found that Red wine can improve my coldness . So I drink a cup ( only a cup )of red wine before I go to bed everynight. Please try this. Hope it helps you.

Do you have a low amount of iron in ur body. Either ask ur parents if they can take u to the doctor's to get it checked or eat more foods with iron in it. I've heard that iron in ur bloodstream provides warmth for ur body.
