  1. Douglas is good..

  2. Anywhere in Cork is good to live but if you want to be near the city and nightlife try Douglas, Wilton or Bishopstown.

  3. South side of Cork city, or neighboring town like Midleton or Glanmire.

  4. Anywhere in the city should be good, but stay away from the northy side(it's rough up there). Douglas is close to the city centre and if you are social person then it is close to the nightlife in the city centre. An apartment in the city centre probably won't be that expensive. If you don't want or can't afford the city then try a town on the outskirts like Ballincollig or Caragaline. I live in Clonakilty which is a hour from Cork city and is in the southwest of the county. It's a great town with a good enough nightlife but a little boring for young people like me.

  5. Clonakilty my friend..i would recommend this place..it's in west cork...

  6. As i am from Cork anywhere near the city is pretty expensive ( 350,000.plus) if i could suggest anywhere it would be the southside as the northside (the south part and the northside are divided amongst the River Lee) is pretty much a rough area
