I am Assem and moderate Wust El balad group, and I want to know how to set fixed header and footer?

I am Assem and moderate Wust El balad group, and I want to know how to set fixed header and footer with animation to be appear everytime when any member send to, from and reply in the group?

You can't change the header, but you can change the footer.  Do this by clicking Management on the left-hand side of your Group's web page.  Then click on Messages under Group Settings.  Then click the Edit link next to Subject Tag And Footer.  Enter your desired Footer in the box next to the word Footer.  Don't forget to click Save Changes near the lower-right-hand corner when you're done.
