I am Extremely weak!?

im skinny (not over-skinny) but really weak. i just noticed that trying to do pushups and situps. for some reason i found them HARD! how do i gain back the muscle mass i loss! where do i start!

  1. Situps and pushups are hard but the more you do the more you'll be able to do.  So keep at it!  "No pain no gain."


  2. start with a healthy diet

    do long really good stretches

    work up your cardio such as:

    running, swimming, power walking, or biking

    then work on your muscles

    best way to do all of this

    join a sport

    you will make friends

    and gain strength

  3. Resistant training is the only way to build strengh and muscle. Start off with light weights and aim to have your reps around 8 and do 3-4 sets per body part.

  4. eat more exercise and after a while you will get bigger. It's good that your not flabby though

  5. start with cardio, so lots of running, and do as many push ups as you can, and keep Pushing yourself,  go to the gym also and do the same witht he equipment, but it takes time
