I am Indonesian, flying to Jakarta via Hong Kong. do I need transit visa if I want to spend a day in HongKong?

I am flying from London and arrive in HK on the 2nd July, my flight to Jakarta is on 3rd. So I want to have a look around HK for a day. If i need transit visa, is there any visa office in the airport and how much does it cost? Thanks.
