Depends on how patient you wish to learn a language. Face to face with a single tutor is fastest, maybe only 2 mths; 6mths if in a big class; maybe 2-5 yrs on-line. But don't forget the phonetics, spelling and grammar part of English, which is rather complex. Ask around for opinions of those who have learnt the language and you will understand what i mean.

BTW,  there are 11 errors in your question--the word 'people' is unnecessary, use 'wants', capitalize E in 'English', omit 'language', replace 'teached with 'learn', use capital A for 'add' and S for 'sorry', change 'bed' to 'bad' and use a period after it, capitalize T in 'thanks' and use ! at end of the last sentence. See how very complicated and slow it is even for your reading and checking back?
