  1. If he's shouting all the time one of the first things you need to do is get his hearing checked and have a complete physical. There a great meds to help him ( they should be tried at a last resort) but I've seen students who greatly benefit from them.

  2. maybe he needs attention try talking to him,but if it doesnt work then go to a psychiatrist.........hope that will help or beat him when he doesnt listen or shout that will teach him a lesson not to mess around like a barking dog..........my mom does that to my brother and he listens ...............try...

  3. I also have a 4 YO boy. My boy sometimes has fits too. I have found that with a very busy lifestyle, like yours and mine, we forget about what is most important. These outburst could be from the fact he is starved for your attention. My wife and I have read a book called the Five Love Languages and using this information helps us to cope with our boy. His love language is service. He seems to become quite docile when we do things for him - feed his love "tank" and he quiets down rather quickly. It will be HARD at first; but, he will see the effort and change for the best. Medicine is only a poison -like additives in food. Yellow 5 and Red 40 are very bad for children. Limiting foods with caffeine and other colorants will help too.

    God bless and good luck!!!

  4. Have you tried to look into him having severe ADD or Turrets (how ever spelled)  Have you talked to his teachers to see how he acts in school.?  They should have told you by now if he's a problem.  Maybe they can help figure out something, or what to do since they spend a lot of time with him.  He sounds like his behavior is beyond other 4 years old. try to get answers from a behaviorists or psych. Start there, and maybe get some books on ADD (attention diveset disorder, however its spelled), Turrets, and tips on dealing with his behavior.  I'm not saying he has either one, but, maybe they can give some tips. And tell you if you need to see a doctor with him. Just don't be discouraged.

  5. Please take him to his pediatrician for hearing and eye check. If all is well and the Dr. has no ideas for you then seek out a counselor for early childhood. Do others talk loudly to him and never listen to him. Try whispering to him and see how he responds. I do think this will take some research on your part with others who care for preschoolers. Good luck.

  6. you try to go to her pediatrician and ask for advice, try to ask her if your child needs evaluation test in hearing or ask if your child has signs of ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder).

    good luck!
