use what the filipinos did to marcos.  flower power. with flower, just sit and do nothing.  then another group comes around to feed them. this goes on for one week and govt will give in.

read gandhi's civil passive disobedience technique.  it worked too agst the british

One easy solution. Get the sodiers, get their guns. March on parliment. Internal rebellion is the only solution while the army seems loyal. They won't want to shoot their own people, especially if there are lot of them...and they have their guns. Its the only way I can see the situation fixing itself.
