  1. Your children can only be O blood type becuase thats what you and your wife are. The only time a child can be a range of blood types is when the parents are both different.

    Just to comment on somebody elses statement.  O negative is the universal DONOR blood.  O negative people can only receive O negative blood.  The universal RECIPENT is blood type AB+, they can get any type of blood.
