I am Pakistani National.Do I need the Transit Visa require for Paris if I have the valid USA visit visa?

I am working in MALABO Equatorial Guinea (Africa) at LNG plant via Marathon Oil USA. I am Holding the Pakistani Passport # AN1715251.

I have a query that I have valid visit Visa for USA up to 2011, I would like ask that can I transit from Paris with out French transit visa?

My route for travel is (Malabo-Paris -Dubai-Karachi).
