I live near Anaheim and I need a cheap Party Hall Photographer cheap too and a theme and I need to choose a color for her dress if someone can please help with ideas thanks

If its going to be like a Quinceanera then a light pink or a teal blueish green..A theme could be the Disney princess' and go by those colors..Let me know If I can be of some help.
