i am about to buy a magic jack, but in the website i couldn't find a customer service number and i dont know how to keep going with the contract after the first year can anybody help me with this please?

  1. You gotta do everything online! You have chat feature and the forum to help you!!

    MJ is not a phone provider....its just a plug you use to make call....so don't expect to much from them and no customer service!


  2. You will be provided with options for the following years when you order.  

    You could just get the first year of service (which is included in the price of $39.95) and then get extra years later on.
