Ofcourse you will get millions of clients but less job offers that you have to find and get, to get job offers you have to do some ads (good luck)

U can find out million of jo seekers by buying their resumes from monster naukri etc etc.

the diff task is to findout a company...\\

for that u need to hv some good links with HR of various companies. u hv to develop some personal relations wid them u hv to treat them n bribe them as u r starting frm scratch.

All u need is to hv links in 2 or 3 companies .

that would be a good start n try to start with BPO or insurance sector.

If you have to open a job consultant office and to get client contacts there are two ways: 1) call up the target companies and ask for the head recruiters name and fix an appointment 2) contact the person who handles recruitment advertisements in the leading newspaper develop friendship and entire contact list is yours
