I am TTC, can anyone give me a list of to-do's?

I have PCOS, and an article I have read said that it is not reliable for me to track my mucus, because though i get the egg-white consistency it really doesn't mean I'm ovulating and that getting my temp. is not also reliable because the time that your temperature rose, ovulation has occurred and sometimes too late to baby dance..

If so, what should I track down instead?

We're starting over the next time I'm getting my period, cause I was due last aug 22, but until now I don't have my period...

I thought it would be a waste of time to have s*x every other day at this time cause probably I didn't ovulate or I had already...so we are starting to time s*x after my next period...

Please tell me what do i start tracking now, while i wait for my period?and what else after that?and while on the babydance timeframe.

Thanks

Whoever told you tracking wasn't going to work for you wasn't quite right though.  Tracking helps you to learn about your patterns. Yes, its true when you get the temp. shift, you've already ovulated, but if you can decipher a pattern, you can predict ovulation, which is the key.  I'd read Toni Weschler's Taking Charge of Your Ferility.  You might find it very interesting.

Also, my good friend has PCOS and after 19 months of tracking and only ovulating 8 times a year was able to predict ovulation and get preggers without Clomid or other drugs.  If you're in a huge hurry, you can try to drug route.  If not, charting could pay off for you.

    Best of luck to you.
