I am Traveling with my ice skates, I want to make sure they are safe when I check them! Have any suggestions??

I am going to florida and WORRIED that my skates will become damaged! How can I prevent it?

I've traveled with my skates before. And all you do is just put them in a seperate small suitcase, if you don't want to get your normal bag damaged. If you don't want them to move, stuff newspaper in the empty spots in the suitcase. I've traveled with my skates several times before and nothing has ever happened so they should be ok
