I am Zuber (muslim) from India. How to get single marital status certificate (by local authority)?

I am getting married to Indonesian national. Marriage will take place in Indonesia according to muslim traditions. Need to submit a letter from the loal administration from my area certifying about my bachalorhood. How should I go about this. I reside in Bangalore, India. Thanks and Regards.

usu local registration office will issue.  if not, then the police.  

or u can get justice of peace or judge to certify your bachelorhood.
