I am a 11.2 handicap in golf. is that good?

I am ten years old and have been plying golf for 2 years.

On what course are you playing to an 11.2 handicap ? What is the rating of the course, its slope, its yardage and size of landing areas? Is this an official USGA handicap based on the 10 best scores of the last 20 rounds played ? Were there any " gimme putts ? Were all scores attested ?

That is very good.

As you develop and grow stronger you should get down to single figures easily.

If you want to get there quickly practice and develop and excellent short game.  Spend every spare minute you have chipping and putting.

very very good. at the pace you are developing , a collrge scholarship will be gaurenteed . keep on playing . your parents will love the schoolarship . just keep on going , the way you are going . do not listen to any person unless they are scratch or lower . 12 to 13 . see a pro to fine tune .

I've been playing for 10 years (since I was 6), and I have a handicap of 13.3. Given your experience, yes it is!

That is excellent!! I'm a 2 handicapper and a lot of my adult golfing buddies couldn't even get close to your handicap. What type of golf courses do you play when you established your handicap? Nonetheless, keep up the excellent work you're doing. Golf is a great game. Good Luck!!!!
