ask around see if people need help cleaning there house. You could be a maid for the neighborhood.

definitely do some babysitting or anything that doesn't require you to be 16 or older. when i was younger, i babysat, walked dogs and did yard work for people. if you put flyers up around your town telling them you're willing to do any work needed, most likely they'll give you a call back! it worked for me!!!

you are too young to work... there are child labor laws. But for some easy cash, ask elderly neighbors if you could mow their lawns.

How about a "mother's helper" for a busy mom, you entertain the kids while mom gets things around the house done.  Door to door car wash, dog walking, running errands for neighbors and yard work.
