  1. Sit up straight! Your neck and back hurt because of your posture. It doesn't matter that you're 13, anyone who sits like that would have pains.

You could ask someone to rub your shoulders for you - maybe your father would (or someone else with strong hands).

  2. Your belly and b*****s are letting gravity take toll. JK But it could be your chair your sitting on. If you sitting on a S****y chair like the ones at school forever it can't be good.

  3. If your posture is poor, that's not helping anything. Hunched over the computer is going to put knots in those muscles and after a while they are definitely going to ache. If your posture is poor, that's not helping anything. Your nerves can become pinched.

You say you're on the computer a lot: are you on it so much you're not eating properly? Upper back pain is a sign of dehydration or a sodium imbalance. If you got more fluid or just drank some orange juice, it could help and replenish your system.

It sounds like you are intensely focused on the screen and you are zealously pursuing something of great interest. If you are a computer addict, it may be a sign of nerves, and the way your zealousness is draining on your physical strength. Enthusiasm is great, but the sudden burst of energy and enthusiasm can leave you with mood swings. It's a hard to maintain that level of energy.

If you gave yourself a schedule and made yourself go out and walk or do some bicycling or something different, that might help relieve some of your stress. Get the adrenaline up, drink some water, change the pace a little bit and stretch it out. If you are spending long hours in front of the computer screen, it could be refreshing to step away and allow yourself a breather. It can be hard to tear yourself away, but the pay-off is worth it.

    I hope this helps you.
