I am a 13 year old girl, and my parents wont let me wear makeup! ?

How can I convince my parents to let me wear makeup or are there any products that I can use instead of it?

haha im 13 too...and almost all the girls at my school wear some sorta makeup

you can tell your parents that if you can be granted permission to wear make up that you wont go overboard...

no fondation, blush, and lipstick...

just tell them that you want to start out easy and work your way up as you get older...

like tell them that you only want to wear mascara, eyeliner, and lipgloss right now

hopefully that works and if it doesnt

then ask for make up from your friends for your birthday...

and then if you get some you can start wearing it :)

I remember when i was your age.  I begged my mother to let me wear make-up. Like you mom, she said no.  I did the wrong thing and one day I sneakily went to school with make-up on. I wore everything from eyeliner to dark red metallic lipstick!  And to make matters worse, i didn't really know how to apply the stuff correctly!  I kinda looked like a fool.  Well, I didn't count on the other girls making so much of a fuss about it that it eventually became a problem with the teachers!  They embarrassed me and told me to wash it off immediately in the girls' room.  I was humiliated.  So, when it comes right down to it your mom knows what she is telling you.  Listen to her.  15 - 16 years old may be the right age for you to wear make-up.   Mom may let you wear a little lip gloss and blush though.  Ask her.

ask them to let you start off light since you are only 13 all you need is maybe some translucent powder and some lip gloss at most I'm 16 and I  didn't start wearing make-up till i was 15

and make a deal

tell them that if you go overboard, they have the right to take it away

stay away from dark and bold eyeshadows, opt for a tinted moisturizer instead of a foundation.

use light coats of mascara and brown eyeliner.

just compromise what you can and can't wear

your only thirteen i started wearing make up when i got acne cause i wanted to cover up blemishes. if you have acne use that as an excuse

talk to them logically,

maybe ask them if you can just show them an example of what you want to wear.

but don't come out with a face full of makeup
