  1. first you need to increase the strength in your base...meaning you need to do a lot of legwork and abdominal work. Your legs give you the push you need to get power in your pitches. Also you need to increase your arm strength by using strength bands. You don't want to do heavy lifting with your arm because you will put strain on your arm and can cause injury in the future. there are tons of workouts for pitchers that work you just have to find one that works best for you and your age.

  3. make sure mechanics are solid- i'd advise seeing a pitching coach

  5. Increase flexibility, and core power.. Work out you stomach, back, and upper legs...  I would maybe hold off on the heavy lifting with delicate arm muscles for another couple of years

  6. start lifting weights the more muscle you gain the faster your pitch will be if i was you i would start now
