  1. Uh... Pump barbells. Lift weights. Gaining muscle is a VERY slow process, you can speed it up by increasing your protein intake.

  2. here is the site for any muscle you need.

    just click on forearms.

i advise you to work all of your body.

    Tuesday chest forearms

    Wednesday  shoulders triceps

    Thursday legs traps and abs

    Friday Cardio forearms biceps

    or

    Monday forearms byseps abs

    Tuesday-

    Wednesday forearms triceps abs

    Thursday-

    Friday forearms chest abs

    Saturday cardio

    and masterbating helps also...

  4. There are a number of things you can do, Danny. Any exercise that involves the use of your grip to perform will increase the size of your forearms. I bought a gizmo that was a small grip strengthener when I was your age. It consisted of two handles with a sort of cage to which springs were attached. You started out with one or two springs and gradually added more as your grip got stronger. The maximum was six springs. When I could do six, I went to a hardware store and bought a long spring of the same diameter and cut it to make several more springs for the thing. Eventually I managed to get ten on the thing, which was all that would fit. Then I went back and bought stronger springs. Eventually, the thing was so tough to use that many of my friends couldn't even move it. The wrist roller thing works well, but use a support for your forarms so they are parallel to the floor and do them slowly. Concentrate on going through the full range of motion when you use it, and roll the thing both ways. Reverse curls will help. Try hanging from a bar for as long as you can hold on,( I got up to three minutes), and you can grab a couple of ten pound plates and hold them between your thumb and fingers for as long as you can; then try three. Use each hand, of course. Whenever I did one of these static exercises that required no movement, I'd mke a fist and extend my fingers rapidly until I couldn't stand the pain anymore when I finished. Lots of guys don't spend much time on their forearms, but I always thought they were very important. I like to wear loose clothing and when I tell people I lift, many of them tell me they can tell. When I ask them how, many of them say by the size of my forearms. Good luck! Oh, by the way, I'm a personal trainer.
