  1. i no a girl that died in a car crash cause she was in the car with an 18 yr old.

    i dont suggest it.

  2. She may have restrictions on her license but I'm not sure. If you want to live i wouldn't ride with her anyway.

  3. No. It is not. The driver must be at least 19 and possess the required insurance on the vehicle. You must have a valid driver's permit as well. You can lose your license, and your eligibility to even get one, until your 21st birthday. The other driver can lose their license for up to a year. You will also have fines, court costs, and probation.

  4. Depends on the state.  Some states require you to drive with someone over 21 when you only have a permit.  Others set it at 18.  Some also say that the person has to be a family member, others don't.

  5. What?  From your description you are RIDING with her not driving.

There is no penalty to you for her very sloppy driving skills unless she kills or maims you in an accident.

  6. If she does the things you list,,,  buy a push bike.  It will be safer.

She does not sound to me like a very responsible driver.

  7. Are you saying you have a drivers permit but must have a licensed adult driver with you in order to be driving?  If so then yes, it is legal, but just so your parents don't get mad make sure they know you are  driving.

Oh and make sure her parents know your driving because their insurance may not cover you.

  8. You have to have a linces driver over the age of 21, it doesn't have to be a family member but they have to be 21!   You can get points put on your lincese you don't want that to happen also she can be charged for letting you drive and also you can get a higher price on insurance.

  9. It's legal because you have nothing to do with it. Ask her to stop doing that while she drives and tell her how dangerous it is.

  10. What state do you live in? In Maryland, drivers with a learners permit must drive with someone who is 21 years of age and has held a license for a minimum of 3 years.

  11. I'm confused, at first your question sounds like your asking if it's legal for YOU to be driving with the 18 year old in the car.  Then it sounds like you're asking if it's legal for her to drive recklessly with you in the car.

If you've got your permit, most states require the licensed driver to be at least 21.
