also what kind documentation other than a passport do i need. Does my mother need to sign a paper giving his parents full authority?

You need your passport and a notarized paper from your mother granting your boyfriends parents to take you out of the country and to enter in again.  When I brought my daughters friends.....I simply went on the internet and viewed a sample....typed my own up.....got it notarized.....and off we went.
