yes. it tastes sweet. i was once playing with my 3 month old baby just after his feed, i was kissing his lips 2 make him laugh and he was sick......i got a mouthfull lol, it tastes sweet.

Yes, my husband liked to suck it out and give me a mouthful when we would make love.  Its very sweet.

Yes I tasted it once when a little got on my finger and it was sweet then i tasted it again one time when my younger son refused it and it was sour.  The Dr said that sometimes what you eat affects the flavor and my boys I guess prefer it tasting sweet.
