I have passed BCA from an UGC recognized University. Am I eligible for IAS??

of course if your University is recognized by UGC and approved by AICTE you can. But subjects you have to choose very carefully.

Yes you are eligible. However, please make sure you had maths and science as your main subject. That would give you an edge.
