  1. well, if you're talking about university, there's a condition. You have to be studying in the UK for 2 or 3(not sure) years before admission to university in order to qualify for the UK student fees. or else you pay international rates.

    in other words, if you're studying in the British system, do the A-levels in the UK(if the req is 2 years).

    To confirm, just call any university and ask about it.

    my friend didn't know about this, and now has to pay the international rate. If i get a chance to ask him, i'll edit this answer and confirm if its 2 or 3 years.

    if you're talking about school rates, then I'm sorry, i don't know about that yet.
