Technically I'm not suppossed to be living in the US, but I have a valid passport and ID's (canadian). If we travel together...will I have any problems because I'm not suppossed to be living here?

  1. You need a Visa. If feds where to find out, you would probably have a problem, with that being said, you are also probably not going to be stopped.

  2. but? you are not saying that you will live in the US? you are saying that you want to travel only? do you have any restrictions on going to the US?if indeed you have restrictions en entering US soil? then do not go........
