Asian men have smaller penises than caucasian men.  Your p***s is the size it's going to be- there is nothing out there to make it bigger.  Just use it well and the size won't matter.

OK, here's the exercise I found works best to increase size. I call it the Flipino rope toss.

First, find the strongest man (or hairy woman who looks like a man) in your village. Then tie a rope around your twanger. Make sure it is the thick stuff, and make sure you're hard.. Get it all the way around. Then tie a heavy rock to the other end. Then have the previously mentioned strongperson pick up the rock and throw it as far as he can. Rinse and repeat 2 or 3 times.
