I am a German citizen planning to visit USA after getting h4?

Any help what will they ask me and what will be the process to getting my h4.My hubby is on H1.Please help me?

Get your H4 at the US consulate.

To save all paperwork, just come as a tourist. German does not need visas. US will take your figure prints and pictures when you enter (like all).

Well, the main thing is proving your husband's status and proving that you're legally married to him. Under most circumstances, it's a very easy visa to get. As for the previous response that you should just go with VWP, that would be a very silly thing to do as you can only stay up to 90 days on VWP, but you could remain in the US as long as your husband is in status on his H1b, and of course, he could eventually adjust to legal permanent resident status.
