I am a H1B visa holder. Which visa should I apply to teach two weeks in in Panama city?

I will teach there from June 14~29 in Panama city. Now the date is approaching fast. I plan to go to the the consulate of Panama in DC early next week to get a visa. It seems that they do not offer business visa. So should I just apply for tourist visa? Could anyone know anything about it or have some experience to share? Thanks!
