I am a Nigerian, can I get free University Education in Finland?

Does anyone know about free university education in finland, if there is please i need an information about the specific university or college of education which admits foreign students.

Yes, the system still exists though it has been the subject of intense political debate.  University education for overseas students in Finland remains free, though you should know that a recent article noted that Nigerian applications were rarely successful due to the lack of qualificational consistency with Finnish standards... At the moment all universities and colleges (there might be some private ones that are not) are free for everyone. This thing might be changing though for foreigners. Of course you have to pay for living and books, but there is no tuition.
