I am a Reserves question?

Is it true that if you are a 5-level reserve and you re-enlist with a bonus after your 6 year commitment, you get the 1st payment 1year anniversary or within 30days of re-enlisting? Please help me find this answer, if you have a trusty source let me know as well.
