In your city paper, internet, friends, family,bullinton board at church ,supermarket.

Check with your local teacher's union. In my area, their website has a special section for tutors. I've put the link below, just to show what theirs looks like.

Also, network with special ed groups. (I'm active in CHADD, for instance.) They'll know of people/parents looking for tutors.
