  1. 90 days with Visa Waiver Program

    6 months with B2 Visa

  2. French citizens can come for 90 days without a visa, under the Visa Waiver Program.  Beyond that, you will need a B-2 visa.  Get her a DS-156 and DS-157 and have her apply at the nearest US embassy.

  3. There is a very easy solution for this. Your girlfriend does not need a visa for 90 days. If she leaves the States after 3 months then she goes back immediately for 3 more months, she does not even need any papers.

  4. You are giving us a vague question. Are you asking if she is allowed to stay in America for 6 month or how she gets to America? She can get her passport to come to stay for 6 month in America if she only comes on a visiting basis. If she wants to live in America as temporarily, then she will need to go to U.S. Embassy in France for the instruction on how to apply for visa and residency paper work.

  5. 6 months is not possible. I say this because France is VWP country and if this is an option for her, then she will not get a B2 for purpose of visiting you.

90 days is the best you will get.
